1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Dino Multiverse (the “game”). By downloading, installing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Use of the game
Dino Multiverse is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may install and play the game on devices you own or control, through official sources such as Google Play.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game
- Modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the game, except where applicable law allows it
- Remove or hide copyright, trademark or other notices
- Use the game in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other players or our services
3. Advertising
The game may contain advertisements, including rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. We do not control the content of those ads. Your interactions with ads, including any information those advertisers collect, are subject to the advertisers’ and ad networks’ own terms and privacy policies.
Rewarded ads may offer an in-game benefit, such as continuing a run after losing a life. Watching an ad is optional. If an ad fails to load or complete, the related reward may not be granted.
4. Intellectual property
The game, including its name, characters, artwork, audio, code and design, is owned by Dino Multiverse or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to play the game as provided through official app stores.
“Dino Multiverse” and related branding are used to identify the game. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Using the game in a way that is legal where you live
- Keeping your device and app store account secure
- Any mobile data charges that come from downloading or playing the game or watching ads
- Your own high scores and gameplay choices
The game is an entertainment product. Results, difficulty and available worlds or features may change as the game is updated.
6. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, scores or device issues arising from use of the game or from third-party ads. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use the game after the Terms change, you are agreeing to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game and uninstall it.
